Reducing dark circles under your eyes

Maybe one of you Have ever looked in a mirror and wonder why you always look tired or lack of sleep ? That can be caused by several things, one of them is dark circles. It makes someone inconvenience especially in their appearance but don't worry. No matter what the cause, you can still reduce it.

Dark circles under your eyes can be caused by stress, lack of sleep, allergies, smoking, tiredness, hydration and food sensitivities. Here are some following tips that work.

1.Try sleeping an extra hour every night to help brings about relief. You can also help by having your head slightly elevated when you go to bed at night. Not only will you feel better when you wake up, but you will also look better.
2.Try reducing consumption of salt, which can cause you to retain water. Watch the amount of coffee or tea that you drink, unless of course its herbal tea.
3.Take iron supplements and drink lots of water. It is said that dark under eye circles can be caused by a lack of iron in the diet also known as anemia.
4.Apply moisturizer under the eyes. Allow it to set for five minutes or so.
5.There are many products that you may be sensitive to that can cause under eye circles, and discovering the cause can help you to avoid or manage them.
6.Try using concealer that matches with the color of your skin . Make sure to apply moisturizer before it.
7.Use natural ingredients such as cucumber and tea bag. Put one of them on the top of your eyes, leave for about 20 minutes.


When you do so regularly one or two of the ways above, this will help to reduce dark circles under the eyes.
